When Meghalaya started their first innings, it looked like a sand castle on the sea shore, and were jolted by none other than the well-known Sidak Singh and Aravind, who are among the wickets this season. When one of the openers Th Kishan was dismissed by Sidak Singh, Aravind was quickly among wickets by taking the next three wickets. Aravind is on cloud nine with the bowling analysis of 8 overs 4 maidens and 4 wickets for 6 runs with possibly a record economy rate of 0.75 and his team mate Sidak Singh returned with 3 for 14 off 13 overs. Meghalaya was 40 for 7 at stumps on the first day.
