Puducherry Senior Women’s team comfortably won the one day league against Nagaland, played at Bubaneshwar. Nagaland, who won the toss and chose to bat, scored 194 for 6 off 50 overs. For Puducherry, Rebecca, Astalakshmi and Gouher took 2 wickets each.
Puducherry reached the target of 195 off 36.4 overs and won by 8 wickets. Puducherry opener Latika Kumari remained unbeaten on 90 and Anaga 84 not out.
