I hereby declare that I satisfy the qualifications prescribed for registration to participate / represent CAP & to play CAP conducted matches as well for Private Club / League club / School / College / Corporate tournaments and veteran matches etc.

If my contact address or email or telephone numbers or bank account change/s, I will promptly register with CAP within 2 weeks as well thro on line edit option for player registration portal of CAP. I’m aware that I should not go to press or social media against CAP / BCCI or its officials for whatever the reasons except meeting Hony Secretary for clarification /relief or follow the guidelines of CAP for grievances if any.

I’m aware that any injury or loss or due to Covid 19 pandemic during CAP conducted matches to any player, it will be at his / her own risk & cost. Only for BCCI conducted matches, the same will be looked after strictly as per BCCI policy.

I’m aware that this application is valid for 2021-22 cricketing season.

I know that for next year i will have to renew as a player again as per the prevailing CAP policy and the same is subject to approval of CAP’s Tournament Committee. Until this application is approved, I’m aware that I’m not eligible to play in any CAP/BCCI conducted tournaments.

I hereby unconditionally agree and abide to fully comply with CAP’s procedures /policies / rules / regulations that are in force and also accept if disciplinary committee / management of CAP decides to levy penalty or suspension or both when such situation arises.
